SWTT Terms of Use

Introduction

These Terms of Use govern the use of the SholtoWorks Time Token (SWTT), a non‑monetary, time‑based utility token issued by SholtoWorks Ltd.

By holding, receiving, redeeming, or interacting with SWTT, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of SWTT

SWTT is a digital time‑credit representing minutes of professional time provided directly by SholtoWorks.

SWTT:

• —Has no monetary value
• —Is not a currency
• —Is not an investment
• —Is not redeemable for cash
• —Is not intended for trading or speculation

SWTT is used exclusively within the SholtoWorks ecosystem.

Eligibility

You may use SWTT if you have received SWTT directly from SholtoWorks, hold SWTT in a compatible digital wallet, and agree to these Terms.

SholtoWorks may refuse issuance or redemption at its discretion.

Issuance of SWTT

SWTT is never sold and cannot be purchased.

SWTT may be issued for:

• —Loyalty or engagement programs
• —Participation in SholtoWorks initiatives
• —Time‑tracking or reward systems
• —Discretionary allocation by SholtoWorks

Redemption of SWTT

Redeeming SWTT burns the token permanently and grants access to time‑based services.

Redemption:

• —Is performed by calling the burn() function
• —Requires a compatible digital wallet
• —Is subject to availability of booking slots
• —Does not involve monetary payment
• —Does not create financial obligations

Redemption is treated as a service booking, not a financial transaction.

No Monetary Value

Any attempt to assign monetary value to SWTT is invalid.

SWTT:

• —Cannot be exchanged for money
• —Cannot be used to purchase goods or services outside SholtoWorks
• —Cannot be traded on exchanges
• —Cannot be used as a medium of exchange

Transferability

SWTT may be transferred between wallets only for gifting, collaborative work, internal allocation, or shared time‑based projects. Transfers must not involve money or financial consideration.

Prohibited Uses

Any prohibited use may result in revocation of SWTT privileges.

You agree not to:
